Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards are issued and managed by EBinRA, Inc. (“EBinRA”) and are redeemable only for the purchase of a one (1) year license to the VictimsVoice app, which is accessible via the VictimsVoice website.

Your purchase or use of the VictimsVoice app Gift Card indicates your acceptance of these terms and is subject to EBinRA’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

To redeem your gift card, go to the portal and follow the instructions to activate your license. The entire value of the Gift Card will be applied upon redemption. Gift Cards with an invalid card number or inactive card will not be redeemed.

Gift Cards expire five (5) years from the date of purchase and are not subject to any fees.

Gift Cards are not reloadable, for resale or for distribution outside the U.S. Except as required by law, Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refundable. EBinRA is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards, gift cards that are used without your permission or any interruption of service or any other aspect of any services purchased by you with your Gift Card. Keep them safe; they’re valuable and can be redeemed by whoever finds them.

EBinRA makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Card, the VictimsVoice (www.VictimsVoice.app) and EBinRA (www.ebinra.com) websites or the VictimsVoice progressive web app and disclaims any warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You hereby release EBinRA and all of its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries from and against from any and all claims, losses, or causes of action (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) arising in connection with your use of the Gift Cards, or any activities related to the use of the Gift Cards.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The most current version of these terms and conditions will be available on this site, so please visit it often. Use of a Gift Card is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard conflict of law rules.
